As a reminder, three Director Positions will be voted on at the WBPOA Annual Meeting in May. The terms of present Directors Jeff Williams, Mark Hepworth, and Trena Chagnon will expire at that time, and those elected will serve new three-year terms of office.

Board of Directors Candidates

Property Owners wishing to be on the Official Ballot for one of the three positions to be filled at the Annual Meeting should so indicate their intent to the Board Secretary, Jim Fletcher, and by sending complete biographical information to him no later than March 26th to the following email address:

All persons wishing to be on the Official Ballot must have their intent expressed and biographical information submitted by the above date. An email blast will be sent out to all property owners informing you of those property owners who will be on the Official Ballot as well as the submitted biographical information for each candidate. This information will also be posted on the POA website,

Each candidate will be given an opportunity to address attendees from the podium at the Annual Meeting about their credentials and why they should be considered for the Board. Write-in candidates will be allowed at the Annual Meeting; however, the names of write-in candidates will not be on the Official Ballot.

If there are sufficient candidates filing for the three expiring Board positions, the Board will establish a Nominating Committee that will review each candidate and make appropriate recommendations to the Board for casting its proxies.
